Our Work

Helping refugees and forcibly displaced persons heal, learn, and shape their own future

Our Work in Kosovo

At the heart of our mission in Kosovo is a commitment to accompany and serve refugees, asylum seekers, and repatriated individuals as they navigate the challenges of displacement and re/integration. Through our presence in asylum and reception centers, and in local communities, we walk alongside those who have experienced forced migration, marginalization, and exclusion.

JRS Kosovo implements a range of programmes and services, including psychosocial support, education, livelihoods training, advocacy, and healthcare facilitation. These interventions are carefully designed in collaboration with local and national stakeholders, and are rooted in a deep commitment to dignity, justice, and compassion.

While our work requires strategic planning, partnerships, and sustainability, our mission is always grounded in human connection and hope. Our service reflects a desire to accompany, serve, and advocate for those who have been displaced, offering not only practical support but also a sense of belonging and trust.
